It was in July of 1981 that one of our salesmen walked into the Village of Pleasantville in Westchester New York and offered our service to the municipality. The first question that was asked was “what other municipalities have you done?” The answer of course was “none.” After much begging and pleading and the promise of a refund for the municipality, we were granted the assignment. After receiving several thousand dollars in a refund, we used the Village as a reference and we were able to recover similar savings for other municipalities in the area. 25 years later, we still offer the same quality service to over 200 municipalities throughout the United States, but are still offering the same personal service we afforded our first client.

From experience we know one thing about municipalities: if they are happy with your service, they will let others know. If not, than that word will spread even quicker. We pride ourselves on the extensive work we have done for municipalities and we have made a significant impact upon savings realized by the governments on their telephone billing.
